The kitchens have been entrusted to Pierre Daret.

A native of Saint-Étienne, he has worked along Chefs whose talents have been rewarded with a
Michelin star, such as Pierre Ferranti of the Mercure Galant in Paris, Jean-Pierre Jacob in
Courchevel, La Pinède’s Patrick Leroix in Saint-Tropez, or Guy Martin of the Grand Véfour. He
worked as a Sous-Chef at the Chèvre d’Or (2 Michelin stars), then as Chef at the Château Eza,
where he was awarded a star in his very first year. He then joined the Pourcel brothers at the
Sens restaurants.
