Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero recently unveiled his private gastronomical taller, or workshop, in Madrid, Spain. Designed by Carmen Baselga Taller de Proyectos, “the project takes place in a space where the most advanced technologies, new materials and eco-sustainable systems for the I+D+I will be put together with the risqué gastronomic proposals of a perfect technique from the chef.”
